2月18日,丰收节当天,位于吉隆坡的EPG东南亚区域销售与市场营销办公室正式启用。来自柔佛工厂的副总经理Mr. Kh.Beh和销售总经理Mr.Nicholas Hui出席了剪彩仪式,象征着EPG在吉隆坡的吉祥开端。EPG在吉隆坡办事处取得的成就反映了其对传统中国文化的保护承诺,滚动的菠萝象征着繁荣与成功。

On February 18th, Harvest Day, the EPG South East Asia Regional Sales & Marketing office located in Kuala Lumpur was officially launched. The Director from Johor factory, Mr. KH. Beh , and the Sales General Manager, Mr. Nicholas Hui, attended  the ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the auspicious beginning of EPG in Kuala Lumpur. With a rich heritage, EPG's achievement in the KL office reflects its commitment to preserving traditional Chinese culture, where the rolling pineapple signifies prosperity and success.

在就职典礼上,Mr.Kh.Beh和Mr.Nicholas Hui概述了公司的发展方向,强调合作促进增长,提升市场能力,确保制造质量,在柔佛维持一致的质量标准,同时保持吉隆坡的销售业绩。他们强调了精准客户定位、改善销售质量、提升品牌价值以及建立强大的供需关系的重要性。

During the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Beh and Mr. Nicholas Hui outlined the company's development direction, emphasizing cooperation to facilitate growth, enhance marketing proficiency, ensure manufacturing quality, and maintain consistent quality standards in JB while sustaining sales performance in KL. They stressed the importance of precise customer targeting, improving sales quality, enhancing brand value, and fostering strong supply-demand relationships.


对于员工,吉隆坡办事处强调了一种关怀、奉献和责任的文化,以最大化公司利益。管理大师彼得·德鲁克认为,对于一家企业来说,最重要的两件事是创新和营销,而“管理之神”稻盛和夫认为,一家企业最重要的三个元素是技术人才、资金和技术。据他说,只要这三个元素齐备,管理就会得到优化。

Regarding employees, the KL office emphasized a culture of compassion, dedication, and responsibility to maximize company interests. Management guru Peter Drucker believes that the two most important things for a business are innovation and marketing, while the "God of Management" Kazuo Inamori believes that the three most important elements for a business are skilled professionals, money, and technology. According to him, as long as these three elements are in place, management will be optimized.
